| dc.description | This clinical case stu5dy focuses on the nursing intervention of a 16-year-old female patient with incomplete abortion, which currently poses a serious public health problem in developing countries and hence the most in-demand obstetric emergency worldwide, is due to a lack of sex education and other risk factors that will be analyzed during the course of this work. Different symptoms include vaginal bleeding, limited-magnitude colic abdominal pain, pelvic pain, and several complications may occur including sepsis, perforation of the uterus, injury of the genital tract, or damage to other internal organs. That is why the objectives set out are to publicize the clinical manifestations, the preventive measures and identify the risk factors that come with presenting this obstetric complication, so that women obtain more knowledge and can prevent it as soon as possible or recognize it in a timely manner if presented, in this way they can make appropriate decisions, approach the health center as soon as possible so that the health team can take the appropriate measures. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso clínico se centra en la intervención de enfermería de una paciente de sexo femenino de 16 años de edad con aborto incompleto siendo uno de los problemas que están presentes en países que están en vías de desarrollo y por ende representan una de las mayores demandas a nivel mundial en las áreas de emergencias obstétricas, éste tipo de complicaciones del embarazo se da por la falta de educación sexual y otros factores de riesgo los cuales serán analizados durante el desarrollo del presente trabajo. Los síntomas más comunes en pacientes que presentan abortos incompletos son sangrado vaginal, dolor abdominal tipo cólico de magnitud variable, dolor pélvico y pueden presentar complicaciones como sepsis, perforación del útero, lesión del tracto genital o daño a otros órganos internos. Es por ello que los objetivos planteados son dar a conocer las manifestaciones clínicas, las medidas preventivas e identificar los factores de riesgo que conllevan a presentar ésta complicación obstétrica, para que las mujeres obtengan más conocimiento y puedan prevenirla en lo posible o reconocerla de manera oportuna en caso de presentarse, de ésta manera podrán tomar decisiones adecuadas, acercarse al centro de salud con la mayor brevedad posible para que el equipo de salud pueda tomar las medidas correspondientes. | es_ES |
