Among the most common cerebrovascular diseases, we have subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is caused by the rupture of a cerebral aneurysm or blood vessel, it appears with intense headache, photopsia, high blood pressure, loss of consciousness, among others. This pathology has a great impact at the level of the social bond of the person who suffers from subarachnoid hemorrhage, directly affecting the patient, then their relatives and society as such, most of the people who have this disease end up in death or are left with a motor disability. The percentage of people who survive this pathology worldwide is very low, since the severity where the hemorrhage occurs is a very delicate area of the human being, thus turning it into a serious pathology. During the hospital stay that the patient had, she spent 8 days in the UCI and 10 days in Hospitalization, during that time we performed different interventions, based on the Virginia Henderson model that addresses the 14 basic needs of the patient. As a Nurse Diagnosis we have focused on the risk of infections as it helps us to evaluate the wound in order to prevent and maintain a clean wound. The patient recovers favorably and is discharged 18 days after admission.es_ES
