The suffering of arterial hypertension is one of the most prevalent diseases in people over 40 years of age, recent studies have shown that this disease can occur in young patients, aged 24 to 30 years. Hypertension is recognized by continuously high blood pressure that must be controlled through medications or by changing the lifestyle that the individual requires. As it is to know that the current pandemic caused by Sarscov2 or better known as Covid-19 belongs to the family of coronaviruses which is a new, mutated strain that is still being studied without specification of treatment or vaccine. People who have suffered or overcome the disease for sure do not know the repercussions on the body that they can suffer in the long term. Covid19 is an infectious disease that manifests mild to chronic symptoms, the most vulnerable susceptible patients are those who suffer from a disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. This clinical case study focuses on a 44-year-old male patient with Covid-19 positive arterial hypertension who was developed a nursing care plan using biosafety protocols for the application of treatment, and the use of oxygen therapy to counteract the advances of Sarscov2 to achieve patient improvement.es_ES
