| dc.description | The clinical case that we present below its main objetive is to know the interested people on the importance of detecting asymptomatic patients, that can be presented to anyone regardless of age, race, religión, marital status, socio-economic condition, among others. For this reason I have decided to study a clinical case of a 34 year-old male patient, asymtomatic positive for covid_19. Once evaluated and established the altered fuctional patterns, we proceed to plan the nursing interventions to guarantee adequate follow-up and acording to the patient’s needs. Likewisw, once the diagnosis has been established, we proceed to explain to the patient about the care and precautions that must be taken, as well as the posible complications and sequelae that may occur, whether these are temporary or permanent, therefore, the collaboration, willingness and goodwill of the patient are necessary to have a prompt satisfactory recovery. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El caso clínico que presentamos a continuación tiene como objetivo principal conocer a las personas interesadas sobre la importancia de la detección de pacientes asintomáticos, que se puede presentar cualquier persona sin importar la edad, raza, religión, estado civil, condición socio-económica, entre otros. Por tal motivo eh decidido estudiar un caso clínico de un paciente de sexo masculino, de 34 años de edad, asintomático positivo para covid_19. Una vez evaluados y establecidos los patrones funcionales alterados, procedemos a planificar las intervenciones de enfermería para garantizar un seguimiento adecuado y acorde a las necesidades del paciente. De igual manera una vez que ya se haya establecido el diagnóstico procedemos a explicar al paciente sobre los cuidados y precauciones que debe tener, al igual que las posibles complicaciones y secuelas que se pueden presentar ya sean estas temporales o permanentes, por ello es necesario la colaboración, disposición y buena voluntad del paciente para tener una pronta recuperación satisfactoria. | es_ES |
