| dc.description | This present clinical case with the topic of nursing care process to a patient with bilateral papillary thyroid carcinoma in a 44-year-old female patient is to put into practice the nursing care process and know how to recognize its symptoms through assessment. Being a case of great relevance and more in health professionals such as nurses, becoming in Ecuador an increase in the rate of bilateral thyroid morbidity. For this, through this clinical case, we can determine the methodology of the diagnosis where the patient's clinical history is known, the formulation of presumptive, differential, definitive data, the pharmacological treatment, the follow-up and observation. The thyroid is found to be an endocrine organ which is located in the antero-lower part of the neck, and it can be a disease of both benign and malignant compound lesions. The study of the thyroid gland is a complication in public health, establishing possibilities both for all people in general and for the doctor in the advantage of advanced knowledge of thyroid diseases and its appropriate method of treating this type of disease. The nursing staff in the process of their care situation and the investigation of solving the human needs of patients, a methodology is carried out such as the PAE Nursing Care Process as a safe and organized method to offer determined and holistic care, this facilitates a directive. The objective was to match the affected human needs of a patient with bilateral papillary thyroid carcinoma through the assessment of functional patterns and to improve the efficacy of care using the NANDA, NOC, NIC taxonomy. For which what is programmed as a nurse is to provide nursing care obtaining favorable results that help improve the patient's health. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este presente caso clínico con el tema proceso de atención de enfermería a un paciente con carcinoma papilar de tiroides bilateral en paciente de 44 años de edad de sexo femenino es poner en práctica el proceso de atención de enfermería y saber reconocer su sintomatología a través de la valoración. Siendo un caso de mucha relevancia y más en profesionales de salud como enfermeras, llegando a ser en el Ecuador un incremento de tasa de morbilidad de tiroides bilateral. Para aquello mediante este caso clínica podemos determinar la metodología del diagnóstico donde se conoce la historia clínica del paciente, la formulación de datos presuntiva, diferencial, definitiva, el tratamiento farmacológico, el seguimiento y observación. La tiroides se comprueba que es un órgano endocrino la cual se localiza en la parte antero inferior del cuello, y puede ser una enfermedad de compuestas lesiones tanto benignas o malignas. El estudio de la glándula tiroides es una complicación en la salud pública, estableciendo posibilidades tanto para todas las personas en general como para el doctor en la ventaja del conocimiento avanzado de enfermedades tiroideas y su apropiado método de tratar este tipo de enfermedad. El personal de enfermería en el proceso de su situación asistencial e indagación de solventar las necesidades humanas de los pacientes, se realiza una metodología propia como el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería PAE como método seguro y organizado para ofrecer cuidado determinado y holístico, este facilita una directriz. El objetivo fue equiparar las necesidades humanas afectadas de un paciente con carcinoma papilar de tiroides bilateral a través de la valoración de los patrones funcionales y mejorar la eficacia del cuidado empleando la taxonomía NANDA, NOC, NIC. Para la cual lo que se programa como enfermera es brindar cuidados de enfermería obteniendo resultados favorables que ayuden a mejorar la salud del paciente. | es_ES |
