dc.description.abstractSiendo una institución pública, es necesario tener total control de las funciones de todo el personal que labora en el distrito de salud, razón por el cual en el área de talento humano existe un nudo critico al momento de gestionar un permiso, vacaciones, documentos que reposan en los archivos físicos del departamento de talento humano y al momento de extraeré información de algún funcionario existe la dificultad de buscar en carpetas, además el tiempo que se pierde al momento que los funcionarios se trasladan a la sede distrital a entregar de forma física dichas solicitudes, siendo así que cierto funcionarios no regresan a su lugar de trabajo por la distancia. Por tal motivo es necesito implementar este sistema informático a fin de gestionar de manera oportuna, eficaz, y sobre todo actualizada de cada funcionario. Podemos concluir que el sistema ayudará al departamento de talento humano y a los funcionarios del distrito a obtener información oportuna la misma que a su vez permitirá tomar decisiones en beneficio de la institución.es_ES
