Due to the events that occurred due to the Covid-2019 Pandemic, which caused several difficulties in different institutions, companies or any type of business, where the great need for the use of web applications that allows the user to access the information and carry out any type of procedure. This case study aims to prepare a feasibility study that allows to demonstrate the viability of the implementation of a web application, leading to the improvement of its processes, work efficiency and at the same time providing better customer service. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre el estudio de factibilidad de un sistema web para la gestión administrativa y educativa en la parroquia "Nuestra Señora de la Merced" (Catedral), ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Debido a los acontecimientos sucedidos a causa de la Pandemia Covid-2019, la cual provoco varias dificultades en diferentes instituciones, empresas o cualquier tipo de negocio, donde se pudo evidenciar la gran necesidad del uso de aplicaciones web que le permita al usuario poder acceder a la información y realizar cualquier tipo de trámite. Este caso de estudio tiene como objetivo elaborar un estudio factibilidad que permita demostrar la viabilidad de la implementación de una aplicación web, dando paso a la mejora de sus procesos, la eficiencia laboral y brindado a la vez una mejor atención al usuario. | es_ES |
