At present, technology is a tool of great importance for the human being, since it contributes to the systematization, optimization and use of all existing innovative and technological resources. The implementation of an electronic voting system in the "Babahuyus" Taxi Cooperative would cause a high level of impact on the members that make it up, since it would provide the electoral process with security, reliability, truthfulness and consistency, everything that the elector aspires to obtain by choosing the various authorities of the entity. The present case study aims to design and analyze the feasibility of a technological model that contributes to the systematization of votes for the electoral process in the aforementioned entity, through the application of facial recognition as a security measure that facilitates access and at the same time provide reliability to the results obtained during election day. A survey was used as an instrument to collect all the information concerning the current situation of the electoral process applied, in which the range of confidence that said system provides to the elections was examined, implying the use of technological tools, proposing as an alternative biometric facial recognition technology. Through the application of a feasibility study, in which the technical, operational and economic aspects were analyzed, it was possible to determine that the implementation of the proposed system is feasible and viable for the entity due to the ease of use, trust and security it provides, In addition, it does not physically limit access to the system to authorized users.es_ES
