| dc.description | The DIAL-RIOS Hemodialysis Unit is a private macro organization, with two branches in the province of Los Ríos in charge of providing health services, providing better conditions and well-being to the citizens of the Vince’s canton. The medical care activity produces the constant use of supplies, reagents and other materials that make up the inventory group; They are reviewed, collated, organized and registered in the system, reflected in the reports prepared by the personnel responsible for the Warehouse department. This treatment that is given to the inventory generates several differences, addressed in this case study aimed at knowing its main shortcomings, highlighted in the inventory control. The main problem being the deficiency in the processes for handling medical products, ignoring their veracity, bringing certain inconsistencies, hindering their functionality and achieving the pre-established objectives of the Unit. Inventory control is a fundamental factor in any organization regardless of its activity, it provides an adequate management of the stock of inventories regulating each of the movements that are manifested thus demonstrating its reality; it is limited to granting security, confidence and certainty of the available merchandise, its application as execution is carried out by professionals trained in this system. The methodology used is the inductive method that helped to detail the difficulties manifested in detail in order to get to the general part of the facts; and through research techniques: observation, survey allowing to further explore the current situation that persists within the entity "DIAL-RIOS" and to issue the respective conclusions regarding the exposed subject. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Unidad de Hemodiálisis DIAL-RIOS es una organización macro de naturaleza privada, con dos sucursales en la provincia de Los Ríos encargada a la prestación de servicios de salud facilitando mejores condiciones y bienestar a los ciudadanos del cantón Vinces. La actividad de atención médica produce la utilización constante de insumos, reactivos como otros materiales que conforman el grupo de inventario; son revisados, cotejados, organizados y registrados en el sistema, reflejados en los informes elaborados por el personal responsable del departamento de Bodega. Este tratamiento que se le brinda al inventario genera varias diferencias, abordadas en este caso de estudio dirigido a conocer sus principales falencias, destacada en el control del inventario. Siendo su principal problema la deficiencia en los procesos del manejo de los productos médicos ignorando su veracidad trayendo determinadas inconsistencias, dificultando su funcionabilidad y él logró de los objetivos prestablecidos de la Unidad. El control en los inventarios es un factor fundamental en toda organización indistintamente de su actividad, proporciona una adecuada administración del stock de las existencias regulando cada uno de los movimientos que se manifiesten demostrando así su realidad; se limita a otorga seguridad, confianza y certeza de la mercadería disponible, su aplicación como ejecución es llevada por profesionales capacitados en este sistema. La metodología utilizada es el método inductivo ayudó a desglosar minuciosamente las dificultades manifestadas con el fin de llegar a la parte general de los hechos; y a través de las técnicas de investigación: observación, encuesta permitiendo explorar más la situación actual que persiste dentro de la entidad “DIAL-RIOS” y emitir las respectivas conclusiones respecto al tema expuesto. | es_ES |
