| dc.description | In the present clinical case, it is based on a neonate born at 38 weeks of gestation with a condition known as respiratory distress syndrome which occurs when the lungs have not fully developed during the gestational period. Furthermore, the patient was exposed to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in the perinatal stage. For the development of this case, the objective was to determine the nursing care process whose indications favor the prompt recovery of the newborn. Taking into account the clinical state, the physical assessment and by functional patterns, the PAE (Nursing Care Process) is performed based on the functional patterns that we find affected. With this clinical case we can conclude that by carrying out a correct nursing care plan that favors the well-being of the patient, the improvement of clinical manifestations and recovery is achieved thanks to medical treatment and nursing interventions. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso clínico está fundamentado en un neonato nacido a las 38 semanas de gestación con una afección conocida como síndrome de dificultad respiratoria la cual se presenta cuando los pulmones no se han desarrollado completamente durante el periodo gestacional. Además, el paciente estuvo expuesto al virus de inmunodeficiencia humano (VIH) en la etapa perinatal. Para el desarrollo de este caso se planteó como objetivo determinar el proceso de atención de enfermería cuyas indicaciones favorezcan a la pronta recuperación del recién nacido. Tomando en cuenta el estado clínico, la valoración física y por patrones funcionales se realiza el PAE (Proceso de Atención de Enfermería) basándonos en los patrones funcionales que encontramos afectados. Con este caso clínico podemos concluir que al realizar un correcto plan de cuidados de enfermería que favorezca al bienestar del paciente se logra la mejora de las manifestaciones clínicas y la recuperación gracias al tratamiento médico y las intervenciones de enfermería. | es_ES |
