| dc.description | The application of a Financial analysis constitutes an important instrument of analysis within any organization because they represent a guide that will help to manage the company and also allow through Financial Indices to improve significantly, both in the management of information and an improvement in the work team. The “Ferro Electric GZ” hardware store, having ignorance of the financial information, will incur problems in both the short and long term since the administration will not have clear and timely information for making decisions quickly and accurately, making it difficult way to meet the proposed objectives. Due to the lack of knowledge of the information, the company cannot access favorable discounts that suppliers offer for canceling the cash merchandise, thus reducing the opportunities for growth in the company in addition to ignoring its debt capacity, this produces the impossibility of covering obligations to suppliers, thus generating a certain level of distrust with them. In the long term, this same ignorance could conceive of unpunctuality of certain obligations such as those contracted with financial institutions, by not complying fully, it could lead to a decrease in the level of sales due to lack of merchandise, and could even lead to suspension of payment to workers or dismissal of them. This study ensures that the hardware store knows that a financial analysis model allows the optimization of resources progressively, thus increasing the liquidity of the company, thus becoming a tool which complements the administrative management. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La aplicación de un análisis Financiero constituye un instrumento importante de análisis dentro de cualquier organización porque representan una guía que ayudará a manejar la empresa de además permitir a través de Índices Financieros mejorar de forma significativa, tanto en el manejo de la información como una mejora en el equipo de trabajo. La ferretería “Ferro Electric GZ” al tener un desconocimiento de la información financiera incurriré en problemas tanto a corto como a largo plazo ya que la administración no tendría una información clara y oportuna para la toma de decisiones de manera rápida y precisa, dificultando de esta manera cumplir con los objetivos propuestos. Por causa del desconocimiento de la información la empresa no puede acceder a descuentos favorables que los proveedores ofrecen por cancelar la mercadería de contado disminuyendo de esta forma las oportunidades de crecimiento en la empresa además de desconocer su capacidad de endeudamiento, esto produce la imposibilidad de cubrir las obligaciones con los proveedores generando de esta manera cierto nivel de desconfianza con los mismos. A largo plazo este mismo desconocimiento podría concebir impuntualidad de ciertas obligaciones como las contraídas con entidades financieras, al no cumplir cabalmente podría acarrear una disminución del nivel de ventas por falta de mercadería pudiendo incluso traducirse suspensión de pago a trabajadores o despido de los mismos. Este estudio procura que la ferretería conozca que un modelo de análisis financiero permite la optimación los recursos de manera progresiva, incrementando de esta manera la liquidez de la empresa, constituyéndose de esta manera en una herramienta la cual complemente la gestión administrativa. | es_ES |
