dc.description.abstractLa empresa Efac Proagro, está orientada a la distribución y comercialización de productos agrícolas, abarca sectores de varias provincias, aplica estrategias de asesoría para alcanzar sus fines, y en la parte financieras tiene como opción la de abrir créditos a sus clientes, los mismos que en este último semestre han presentado retardo en sus pagos, incrementándose la cartera vencida de la empresa, lo que motiva la realización del presente estudio de caso. Para el desarrollo del presente caso de estudio se tiene el enfoque cualitativo, se limita a observar y medir el comportamiento de una variable sobre la otra, de corte transversal, es no experimental por que no se manipularan las variables intervinientes, además, se utilizaran el métodos analítico, descriptivo y explicativo para exponer los hallazgos encontrados en los análisis de la información proveniente de fenómeno estudiado, evidenciándose que la empresa ha disminuido sus ventas para el mes de junio del 2020 en comparación del mes de enero del 2020, lo que según los ratios indica que se debe al mal manejo de la rentabilidad, además también se considera que la presencia de la pandemia y con ella las medidas de seguridad han afectado los procesos de comercialización y cobros, la empresa ha mostrado una baja en sus utilidades del mes de enero a junio del 2020, la empresa no ha establecido estrategias para el desarrollo de la misma en lo que se refiere a la situación financiera.es_ES
