| dc.description | SUMARY This research was based on information obtained through surveys of farmers in the study area. The results show certain problems in the production of corn, due to the fact that not all farmers carry out a good production system. This problem is more visible, in view, that a part of these do not carry out all the agricultural tasks in an adequate way. These problems are mainly due to the lack of economic resources, technical advice, low training programs and, to a certain extent, the little importance they give to the production of grass. All these factors together lead to a low productivity crop, greatly affecting the economy of the producers. In the same way, bibliographic information was also obtained by compiling everything concerning the production systems of the corn crop, some sources from which information was collected affirm that this crop is of great economic importance, since it contributes to the feeding of the population. global and national. | dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN Esta investigación se basó en información obtenida mediante las encuestas realizadas a los agricultores de la zona de estudio. Los resultados muestran cierta problemática en la producción de maíz, esto debido a que no todos los agricultores realizan un buen sistema de producción. Este problema es más visible, en vista, que una parte de estos no realizan todas las labores agrícolas de una forma adecuada. Esto problemas se deben principalmente a la falta de recursos económicos, asesorías técnicas, bajos programas de capacitación y de cierta manera a la poca importancia que le prestan a la producción de la gramínea. Todos estos factores juntos conllevan a que el cultivo tenga una baja productividad, afectando de gran manera la economía de los productores. De la misma manera también se obtuvo información bibliográfica recopilando todo lo concerniente sobre los sistemas de producción del cultivo de maíz, algunas fuentes de las cuales se recolecto información afirman que este cultivo es de gran importancia económica, ya que contribuye a la alimentación de la población mundial y nacional.
