dc.descriptionRheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease that causes various inflammations in the peripheral, symmetric and bilateral joints that produces stiffness, swelling, pain and decreased joint movement, especially of the hands and feet of the human being, for this reason the realization of this case clinical analysis is that it analyzes a 42-year-old female patient diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which presents the following manifestations: pain, limitations in the mobility of the carpals and fingers of both hands, in addition the fourth / fifth fingers of the left hand present tendency to swan neck deformations, for this reason the objective of this case is to determine the nursing care process of the patient under study through the analysis of their medical history in order to improve their stability and quality of life. The results of the study carried out on the patient show that she has acute pain in the joints that hinders the mobility of the hands, cannot sleep, stress and is allergic to the drug Naproxen but her lifestyle is correct, as she does not smoke, does not drinks and does not use psychotropic substances; In conclusion, based on the diagnostic interventions carried out, the treatment procedures have been determined by teaching massages and exercises for the joints in order to mitigate and alleviate the acute pain of the joints, as well as adjust optimal medications for the patient, however , it is necessary to monitor the disease in the long term in order to assess the effectiveness of the pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment carried out.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa artritis reumatoide es una enfermedad crónica que provoca diversas inflamaciones en las articulaciones periféricas, simétricas y bilaterales que produce rigidez, hinchazón, dolor y la disminución del movimiento articular especialmente de las manos y pies del ser humano, por tal motivo la realización del presente caso clínico es que analiza a un paciente femenino de 42 años de edad diagnosticada con artritis reumatoide, la cual presenta las siguientes manifestaciones: dolor, limitaciones en la movilidad de los carpos y dedos de ambas manos, además el cuarto/quinto dedos de mano izquierda presenta tendencia a deformaciones en cuello de cisne, por tal razón el objetivo de este caso es determinar el proceso de atención de enfermería del paciente objeto de estudio a través del análisis de su historial médico con la finalidad de mejorar su estabilidad y calidad de vida. Los resultados del estudio efectuado a la paciente muestran que tiene dolor agudo en las articulaciones que dificulta la movilidad de las manos, no puede conciliar el sueño, estrés y es alérgica al medicamento Naproxeno pero su estilo de vida es correcto, pues no fuma, no bebe y no consume sustancias psicotrópicas; en conclusión en base a las intervenciones de diagnóstico realizadas se ha determinado los procedimientos del tratamiento mediante la enseñanza de masajes y ejercicios para las articulaciones con el fin de mitigar y aliviar el dolor agudo de las mismas, asimismo ajustar medicamentos óptimos para la paciente sin embargo, es necesario realizar un seguimiento de la enfermedad en el largo plazo que permitan valorar la efectividad del tratamiento farmacológico y no farmacológico ejecutado.es_ES
