dc.description.abstractLa Compañía de Materiales de Construcción Mater S.A MATERCONSTSA debido a la pandemia del COVID-19 se ha visto afectada en sus ingresos por ventas y contratos de construcción, ya que por motivos de esta emergencia sanitaria la empresa tuvo que cerrar sus puertas temporalmente, esto causo que los ingresos de la organización bajaran provocando diversos problemas dentro de la institución. También la falta de publicidad y marketing son factores que influyen en las bajas ventas de materiales de construcción en la empresa, ya que en los últimos periodos se centraron más en realizar contratos de construcción, lo mismo que provoco la disminución de las ventas, por este motivo la empresa debería de comenzar a darle más prioridad a la venta de materiales de construcción ya que es un ingreso considerable para mejorar la situación económica por la que atraviesa la organización. Para esto se podría crear una Fan Page en la red social de FACEBOOK para promocionar sus materiales para la construcción, ya que hoy en día estas herramientas son muy útiles para darse a conocer, sin generar un gasto tan elevado en publicidad y así lograr que se reactive la venta, también se podría aplicar las entregas a domicilio de estos materiales de construcción con un recargo mínimo por el transporte del mismo siempre y cuando la localización de entrega no sea muy alejada de las instalaciones de la empresa. Se planifico incrementar sus ventas de materiales de construcción en un 10% en los meses de agosto hasta diciembre del 2020, por lo cual se realizó una proyección en las ventas tomando como referencia la última que se realizó en el mes de julio, aunque ya se haya reactivado la economía en el país para que esta vuelva a su normalidad falta mucho, por este motivo se decidió tomar el 10% como incremento en las ventas por ser un porcentaje accesible.es_ES
