| dc.description | The case study was carried out at the German Pharmacy belonging to the German Maternity Clinic which is located in the province of Los Ríos, Babahoyo canton, with RUC 1291700426001, Obliged to keep accounting, which has as its main activity the provision of services of healthcare and the retail of pharmaceutical and toilet products. The most relevant problem of the establishment is that it does not have a good inventory management because they do not handle any type of registration or control, either manual or digital, of the medical supplies that the Pharmacy has. The shortcomings found in the Pharmacy are the following: • They do not have warehouse staff • They do not have a record of the merchandise that enters and leaves • They do not use the Kardex document • They do not have a billing system • They do not inspect the medicine they have in the warehouse All these anomalies lead to the pharmacy being affected at the end of the period, to avoid this an Inventory must be carried out that has all the respective information that allows us to know the movements of the Pharmacy supplies. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso se lo realizo a la Farmacia German perteneciente a la Clínica Maternidad German la cual esta ubicada en la provincia de Los ríos, cantón Babahoyo, con RUC 1291700426001, Obligada a llevar contabilidad, la cual tiene como actividad principal prestación de servicios de salud y la venta al por menor de productos farmacéuticos y de aseo. La problematica mas relevante del establecimiento es que no cuenta con una buena gestion de inventario debido a que no manejan ningun tipo de registro u control ya sea manual o digital de los insumos medicos que posee la Farmacia. Las falencias encontradas en la Farmacia son las siguientes: • No cuentan con personal de bodega • No tienen registro de la mercaderia que ingresa y egresa • No usan el documento Kardex • No tienen un Sistema de facturacion • No inspeccionan la medicina que tienen en bodega Todas estas anomalias conllevan a que la farmacia se vea afectada al final del periodo, para evitar esto se debe realizar un Inventario que cuente con toda la informacion respectiva que nos permita conocer los movimientos de los insumos de la Farmacia. | es_ES |
