| dc.description | Within a Department whose responsibility is to manage, administer, supervise, coordinate and control the personal property that enters, is stored and leaves to be distributed to the different faculties and other departments of the institution, it must adopt an internal control to carry out the activities in a correct, both internal and external. This case study provides the necessary information on the processes carried out in the Department of Assets and Inventories of the Technical University of Babahoyo with respect to the control of the assets that the institution owns, for which this investigation was carried out through The descriptive methodology thus helping to consider the facts obtaining specific information from the department to be analyzed, in the same way the field detail and documentation based on files that rest in said department, which allowed to collect the necessary information in a clear and reliable way. | dc.description.abstract | Dentro de un Departamento cuya responsabilidad es gestionar, administrar, supervisar, coordinar y controlar los bienes muebles ingresan, se almacenan y salen para ser distribuidos a las diferentes facultades y otros departamentos de la institución, debe adoptar un control interno para realizar las actividades de forma correcta, tanto internas como externas. El presente estudio de caso brinda la información necesaria sobre los procesos que se realizan en el Departamento de Bienes e Inventarios de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo con respecto al control de los bienes que posee la institución, por lo que se procedió a realizar esta investigación mediante la metodología descriptiva ayudando así a considerar los hechos obteniendo información específica del departamento a analizar, de la misma forma el detalle de campo y documentación basada en archivos que reposan en dicho departamento los mismo que permitieron recoger la información necesaria de forma clara y confiable. Este caso de estudio se realizó con el objetivo de aportar conocimientos sobre el análisis de control en el departamento de bienes dentro de la institución, enmarcado al modelo de auditoría y control como línea de investigación. | es_ES |
