dc.descriptionIn the present case study, a micro-company named "Librería y Copiadora Escobar" will be approached, which in the research carried out both to its customers, owners and employees has allowed to collect information and data in order to have a better understanding of its structure, balance and deficiencies that have occurred in it during the period 2019 - 2020. This research is developed throughout this work called development, in it it will focus in a subjective and objective way to the results of the surveys applied to the various groups involved in the operation of the bookstore; These elements are: the owner, the collaborators and the clientele, these three gears are those that make the motor of the productivity of the Escobar bookstore and copier turn and based on the data obtained, a definitive conclusion will be reached under the question of what Is it due to the low level of sales in the period mentioned in the bookstore ?; The research will be supported with bibliographic citations that will help to understand the depth of the research in a rough way in a scientific way and finally the chapter will be closed with interesting annexes.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente caso de estudio se abordará una microempresa de nombre “Librería y Copiadora Escobar”, la cual en la investigación desarrollada tanto a su clientela, propietario y empleados ha permitido hacer un levantamiento de información y de datos para así tener una mayor comprensión de su estructura, balance y carencias que se hayan dado en ella durante el período 2019 – 2020. Esta investigación está desarrollada a lo largo de este trabajo denominada como desarrollo, en el mismo se enfocará de una manera subjetiva y objetiva a los resultados que arrojen las encuestas aplicadas a los diversos grupos que intervienen en la operatividad de la librería; estos elementos son: el propietario, los colaboradores y la clientela, estos tres engranes son los que hacen girar el motor de la productividad de la librería y copiadora Escobar y basado en los datos obtenidos se llegará a una conclusión definitiva bajo la interrogante ¿a qué se debe el bajo nivel en ventas del período mencionado en la librería?; el respaldo de la investigación será con citas bibliográficas que ayudarán a entender a groso modo de manera científica la profundidad de la investigación y por último se cerrará el capítulo con anexos de interés.es_ES
