The problem where this writing is born is the lack of "empowerment" on the part of the administrative authorities and faculty of the organization, consequently an unhealthy work environment is shown, lack of trust and companionship, problems with the way of work and teaching of the staff, lack of intrinsic motivation that directly affects their performance, among other shortcomings that hinder the development of daily activities of the Institution. A comfortable and pleasant work environment gives way for employees to show considerable results, as this represents the assessment that each of the workers gives to the company and affects the performance of their tasks. dc.description.abstractLa Unidad Educativa “León Febres Cordero” se encuentra ubicada en la parroquia San Juan en el Cantón Pueblo Viejo y ofrece un nivel educativo: Inicial, básico y bachillerato de tipo fiscal, en las jornadas matutina y vespertina. Para poder entrar en contexto con el significado de la palabra empoderamiento, se dice que hace referencia a la colaboración que tienen las personas en busca de un objetivo en común, es liderar imponiendo mandatos, pero dándole la libertad necesaria para que los empleados o miembros del conjunto tomen sus propias decisiones respecto a ciertas tareas encomendadas confiando en que estas elecciones serán optimas y precisas y que no afecten al desempeño ni imagen del grupo o institución. La problemática en donde ve nacimiento el presente escrito es la falta de “empoderamiento” por parte de las autoridades administrativas y cuerpo docente de la organización, en consecuencia se muestra un ambiente laboral poco saludable, falta de confianza y compañerismo, problemas con la forma de trabajo y enseñanza del personal, carencia de motivación intrínseca que afecta directamente a su rendimiento, entre otras falencias que dificultan el desarrollo de actividades diarias de la Institución. Un ambiente de trabajo cómodo y placentera, da paso a que los empleados muestren resultados considerables, pues este representa la valoración que le da cada uno de los trabajadores a la empresa y repercute en el desempeño de sus tareas. La calidad del clima laboral que se presenta en una organización, influye en las emociones, es esencial que este sea positivo y agradable con el propósito de que los empleados cumplan con sus tareas con motivación y se encuentren dispuestos a alcanzar los objetivos para mejorar la productividad notablemente.es_ES
