dc.descriptionThis work was carried out with the purpose of studying how administrative management is developing within the Compañía de Taxis San Rafael, Servicio de Taxis Convencional VENZAPCOM S.A., analyzing the factors that are affecting, significantly since currently administrative management has become a primary axis to lead the company to success and if it is neglected it will lead the organization to failure. Administrative management is based on the correct use of the company's resources, starting with human talent, since an organization with capable members is a productive organization. To obtain the real information of the situation, a survey carried out among the 21 partners of the company was used as a research instrument, based on the descriptive research method, since this method helps you to evaluate some characteristics of a particular situation through of data collection. Through this research it was possible to know specifically what are the factors causing inadequate administrative management within the institution. In the conclusions, these factors could be specifically described, including bad interpersonal relationships among members, non-attendance at work meetings, lack of administrative skills, poor communication, lack of commitment to the company, among others. Therefore, it is vital that consideration be given to paying due attention to these factors that are affecting the administrative management in the organization and taking corrective measures based on adequate planning.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo fue realizado con el propósito de estudiar cómo se está desarrollando la gestión administrativa dentro de la Compañía de Taxis San Rafael, Servicio de Taxis Convencional VENZAPCOM S.A., analizando los factores que la están afectando significativamente, ya que actualmente la gestión administrativa se ha convertido en un eje primordial para encaminar a la empresa al éxito y si se lo descuida se estará llevando a la organización al fracaso. La gestión administrativa se basa en la correcta utilización de los recursos de la empresa iniciando por el talento humano, ya que una organización con miembros capaces es una organización productiva. Para obtener la información real de la situación se usó como instrumento de investigación una encuesta realizada a los 21 socios de la compañía, basándonos en el método de investigación descriptivo, ya que este método te ayuda a evaluar algunas características de una situación en particular a través de la recolección de datos. Por medio de esta investigación se logró conocer específicamente cuales son los factores causantes de la inadecuada gestión administrativa dentro de la institución. En las conclusiones se pudo describir específicamente a estos factores entre ellos las malas relaciones interpersonales entre los miembros, la inasistencia a reuniones laborales, falta de capacidades administrativas, la mala comunicación, la falta de compromiso con la empresa entre otros. Por ello es vital que se considere poner la debida atención a estos factores que están afectando la gestión administrativa en la organización y tomar medidas correctivas partiendo de una adecuada planeación.es_ES
