dc.descriptionThe objective of this study is to identify inconsistencies around the organizational structure of the Rivieras del Babahoyo - school and institutional transport company, located in the Mamey citadel, diagonal to the viaduct entering the Barreiro parish, in the city of the same name; It is developed through the research line of the Commercial Engineering career, information and communication systems, entrepreneurship and innovation and its sub-line, companies and public and private institutions. This is a company that has earned a place in the market due to perseverance and dedication in serving its customers, however, it presents conflict in the organizational part due to the lack of a defined organizational structure, there is no departmentalization, poor communication, lack of cooperation and teamwork, conflictive work environment, lack of innovative strategies and failure to identify their business objectives. In the business world, the organizational structure is considered as the spinal cord of the organization, and it is partially responsible for the achievements obtained, this is developed in order to define the functions and responsibilities of each of the departments and members of a company through the development of each of their activities around administrative fundamentals since it is considered that companies require a structure to grow and be profitable.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio tiene como objetivo identificar inconsistencias entorno a la estructura organizacional de la compañía de transporte escolar e institucional Riveras del Babahoyo, ubicada en ciudadela el Mamey diagonal al viaducto de ingreso a la parroquia Barreiro, en la ciudad del mismo nombre; se desarrolla mediante la línea de investigación de la carrera de ingeniería Comercial sistemas de información y comunicación, emprendimiento e innovación y su sublínea empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. Esta es una empresa que se ha ganado un lugar en el mercado debido a perseverancia y esmero en la atención a su clientela, no obstante, presenta conflicto en la parte organizativa debido a la carencia de una estructura organizacional definida, no existe departamentalización, deficiente comunicación, falta de cooperación y trabajo en equipo, clima laboral conflictivo, carencia de estrategias innovadoras y no identifica sus objetivos empresariales. En el mundo de los negocios la estructura organizativa se considera como la médula espinal de la organización, y es la responsable parcialmente de los logros obtenidos, esta se desarrolla con la finalidad de delimitar las funciones y responsabilidades por parte de cada uno de los departamentos e integrantes de una empresa mediante el desarrollo de cada una de sus actividades entorno a fundamentos administrativos puesto que se considera que las empresas requieren de una estructura para crecer y ser rentables.es_ES
