Over time the company has undergone significant changes in which various problems have arisen, which lead to the management of inadequate administrative processes in the company, such as: lack of investment in the infrastructure of the premises where it operates, lack of updated technological equipment , low product quality due to the use of machinery in poor condition, low productivity, little competitiveness in the market, among other inconveniences that affect the income of said business. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La finalidad de este estudio de caso fue analizar las diferentes causas de la mala gestión de procesos administrativos en La Piladora Génesis. A lo largo del tiempo la empresa ha sufrido cambios significativos en la cual se presentan diversas problemáticas, que conllevan a una gestión de procesos administrativos inadecuados en la misma, como: falta de inversión en la infraestructura del local donde funciona, carencia de equipo tecnológico actualizado, baja calidad del producto debido al uso de maquinaria en mal estado, baja productividad, poca competitividad en el mercado, entre otros inconvenientes que afectan los ingresos de dicho negocio. | es_ES |
