dc.descriptionThis case study, is a work that was carried out to know the quality of the service offered by the parish government ten November of the canton Ventanas under the research subline of the commercial engineering career, companies and public and private institutions, the main objective of this case study is to detect the problems that influence the not providing of a quality service and what are the shortcomings of the workers of this institution. The methodology of the research was based on the inductive method and the obtaining of the research was carried out by conducting surveys of the inhabitants of the parish that those who benefit from the service and the respective interview to the president, finding the following results, people feel dissatisfied in the way provided in service, do not receive adequate care , the information provided to them is not clear to them, the response time is very delayed. It was also evident that staff are delayed when arriving at their job, desmotivation, lack of communication and teamwork. Knowing this series of problems is proposed to motivate workers with dialogues and integrations.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso, es un trabajo que se realizó para conocer la calidad del servicio que ofrece el Gobierno parroquial diez de noviembre del cantón Ventanas bajo la sublinea de investigación de la carrera ingeniería comercial, empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas, el objetivo principal de este caso de estudio es detectar los problemas que influyen a que no se brinde un servicio de calidad y cuáles son las falencias de los trabajadores de esta institución. La metodología de la investigación se basó en el método inductivo y la obtención de la investigación se realizó mediante la realización de encuesta a los moradores de la parroquia que los que se benefician del servicio y la respectiva entrevista al presidente, encontrando los siguientes resultados, las personas se sienten insatisfechas de la forma que se brinda en servicio, no reciben la atención adecuada, la información que se les brinda no les queda clara, el tiempo de respuesta son muy demorados. Se pudo evidenciar también que el personal se retrasa a la hora de llegar a su puesto de trabajo, desmotivación, falta de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Conociendo esta serie de problemas se propone motivar a los trabajadores con diálogos e integraciones.es_ES
