dc.descriptionInventory control is one of the very effective and important management systems within commercial companies, whether they are small or large, because many of the activities depend on this procedure to efficiently comply with each commercial process in which it operates, and that keep in constant knowledge as is the situation within it, in the event that this method is not registered with the techniques and strategies necessary for the proper functioning of commercial operations, conflicts may arise that are not detected in time and would cause decrease in profitability in the company. The work environment within companies is essential to generate an adequate internal and external environment because it helps to reveal what people will do within an organization to be able to describe the behavior of each person whether or not they have the skills and ability to deal with clients and understand them without causing conflicts to function with greater efficiency and productivity, bringing with it success for the company and for all the people who work in it. This case analysis was carried out with the main purpose of identifying the difficulties in the management of merchandise in terms of the coordination and control of the inputs and outputs thereof; Through an investigation of the Commercial "DON JULIO" several inconveniences were observed such as; mismanagement of inventory, absence of its owner, closure of the premises due to merchandise in poor condition, an inappropriate work environment and with them they are generating low profitability.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl control de inventario es uno de los sistemas de administración muy eficaz e importante dentro de las empresas comerciales ya sean estas pequeñas o grandes, porque muchas de la actividades dependen de este procedimiento para cumplir con eficiencia cada proceso del comercial en cual opera, y que se mantenga en constante conocimiento como está la situación dentro del mismo, dado el caso de que este método no sea registrado con las técnicas y estrategias necesarias para el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones comerciales, se pueden presentar conflictos que no se detecten a tiempo y causarían disminución en la rentabilidad en la empresa. El clima laboral dentro de las empresas es esencial para generar un ambiente adecuado tanto interno como externo porque ayuda a revelar el que harán las personas dentro una organización para poder describir la conducta de cada persona si cuentan o no con habilidades y capacidad para tratar con los clientes y entenderlos sin provocar conflictos para desenvolverse con mayor eficiencia y productividad trayendo consigo el éxito para la empresa y para todas las personas que laboran en ella. Este análisis de caso se lo realizó con la finalidad principal de identificar las dificultades en la gestión de mercadería en cuanto a la coordinación y control de las entradas y salidas de los mismos; mediante una investigación al Comercial “DON JULIO” se observó varios inconvenientes tales como; mala administración de inventario, ausencia de su propietario, clausura del local por mercadería en mal estado, un clima laboral inapropiado y con ellos están generando su baja rentabilidad.es_ES
