dc.descriptionThis case study deals with the motivation of the employees of the Caraguay Chiquita de Ricaurte commercial whose economic activity is dedicated to the wholesale of fish, crustaceans, molluscs and fish products, said business started as a family business in where it will take the longest it became a commercial later invested by owner Elvis Espinoza Espín; In establishments they raise problems that affect the motivation of their workers, where the anomalies that arise from: the low remuneration received, lack of work materials, work hours surcharge, lack of training, lack of a physical contract, the existence of of unfair entry hours, lack of job promotion, among others. All this information could be verified thanks to the qualitative methodology accompanied by two investigative instruments such as surveys and interviews, where the surveys were directed to the workers of the premises and the interviews were directed respectively to the owner of the establishment; giving as a conclusion that the staff of the commercial La Caraguay Chiquita de Ricaurte maintains a demotivation regarding their work environment, affecting their mood and the high level of productivity that could be generated in each of their daily activities; and that they also cannot express their innovative ideas that could allow the growth of the establishment since they are not taken into account by the owner and for this reason they prefer to remain silent just because of the fear of being fired from the premises and thus not being able to support his family.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso trata sobre la motivación de los empleados del comercial de la Caraguay Chiquita de Ricaurte cuya actividad económica se dedica a la venta por mayor de pescado, crustáceos, moluscos y productos de la pesca, dicho negocio comenzó como un negocio familiar en donde más tardar se transformó en un comercial invertido posteriormente por el dueño Elvis Espinoza Espín; en éste establecimiento susciten problemas que afecta la motivación de sus trabajadores, en donde las anomalía que se presentan van desde: la baja remuneración que reciben, falta de materiales de trabajo, recargo de horas laborales, falta de capacitación, falta de un contrato físico, la existencias de horarios de entrada no equitativo, la falta de ascenso laboral, entre otros. Toda esta información se pudo comprobar gracias a la metodología cualitativa acompañada de dos instrumentos investigativos como las encuestas y las entrevistas, en donde las encuestas fueron dirigidas a los trabajadores del local y las entrevistas respectivamente fue dirigida al dueño del establecimiento; dando como conclusión de que el personal del comercial la Caraguay Chiquita de Ricaurte mantiene una desmotivación en cuanto a su clima laboral, afectando su estado de ánimo y el alto nivel de productividad que podrían generar en cada una de sus actividades diarias; y que además tampoco pueden expresar sus ideas innovadoras que podrían permitir el crecimiento del establecimiento ya que no son tomadas en cuenta por el dueño y por esto prefieren quedarse en silencio nomas por el miedo a ser despedidos del local y así no tener como poder sustentar a su familia.es_ES
