| dc.description | The Fiorella farm located in the Samborondon canton is dedicated to the production of rice, it has a large area of land at the disposal of the administrator to meet the goals, during several production periods there have been problems that the following and directly make that have a low performance, on the part of the managers and do not have enough liquidity to cover the expenses since there are unnecessary investments that could be completely avoided but a study was not carried out on what was going to be done therefore These investments were not beneficial for the farm. In the research, the survey technique of the inhabitants and workers of the farm was used to determine what is the current situation of the place of study and what aspects are those that refer to the Hacienda Fiorella that did not make it efficient if it had resources available financial resources, which did not achieve good profitability. Another of the problems that influenced performance is the low use of agricultural machinery that was not given the respective maintenance, therefore, begin to present damage. This caused that the appropriate works were not carried out at the time required for the cultivation of rice, agricultural machines such as: 2 harvesters, 1 plow tractor, 2 rototillers and 2 mud tractors. When applying the data collection technique, it was observed that one of the damaging problems was the excess of trust towards those close to them who looked at their own interests and not those of the farm to be successful. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La hacienda Fiorella ubicada en el cantón Samborondon se dedica a la producción de arroz cuenta con una gran extensión de terrenos a disposición del administrador para que cumpla con las metas previstas, durante varios periodos de producción se han venido presentando unos problemas que la afectan directamente y hacen que tengan un bajo rendimiento, por parte de los directivos y no cuente con la suficiente liquidez para solventar los gastos ya que se presentaron unas inversiones innecesarias que se pudieron evitar completamente pero no se realizó un estudio de lo que se iba hacer por lo tanto dichas inversiones no fueron beneficiosas para la hacienda. En la investigación se utilizó la técnica de encuesta a los moradores y trabajadores de la hacienda para determinar cuál es la situación actual del lugar de estudio y qué aspectos son los que afectan a la Hacienda Fiorella que no le permitió ser eficiente si contaba con recursos financieros disponibles, la cual no logro una buena rentabilidad. Otro de los problemas que influyeron en el rendimiento es el bajo aprovechamiento de las maquinarias agrícolas que no se le dio el respectivo mantenimiento, por lo tanto, comenzaron a presentar desperfectos. Esto provoco que no se realicen los trabajos adecuados en el momento requerido para el cultivo de arroz, máquinas agrícolas como: 2 cosechadoras, 1 tractor de arado, 2 motocultores y 2 tractores de fangueo. Al aplicar la técnica de recolección de datos se pudo observar que uno de los problemas perjudicial fue el exceso de confianza hacia los allegados que miraban sus propios intereses y no los de la hacienda para tener éxito. | es_ES |
