| dc.description | The present research case has as objective to analyze the administrative processes carried out by the Agricultural Association “Buena Semilla”, an organization dedicated to the production of agricultural crops of rice, cocoa, corn and soy; It is located in the province of Los Ríos, Babahoyo canton, El Triunfo enclosure, is related to the line of financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management; sub-line local development and sustainable entrepreneurship, that allow determining the existence of problems related to administrative management within them, lack of knowledge in the area, poor performance of human talent, lack of establishment of internal policies, ignorance in the handling of tools, machinery, inadequate infrastructure, poor management, distribution of resources and supervision of activities that affect the growth of the entity and the economy of each of the families, even more so when administrative management is considered the key to the success of a company by executing the tasks that allow obtaining the objectives set, contributing to the survival and growth of the entity, this can be achieved through the correct administrative processes such as planning, organization, direction and control that seeks the use of adequate resources to achieve the proposed aims. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los procesos administrativos que realiza la Asociación Agropecuaria Buena Semilla, entidad organizada para la producción de cultivos agrícolas de arroz, cacao, maíz y soya; se encuentra ubicada en la provincia de los Ríos, cantón Babahoyo, Recinto el Triunfo, guarda relación con la línea de gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control; sublínea desarrollo local y emprendimiento sostenible y sustentable que permiten determinar la existencia de problemas relacionados con la gestión administrativa dentro de ellos falta de conocimientos en el área, deficiente rendimiento del talento humano, falta de establecimiento de políticas internas, desconocimiento en la manipulación de herramientas, maquinarias, infraestructura inadecuada, mala gestión, distribución de recursos y supervisión de actividades que afectan el crecimiento de la entidad y la economía de cada una de las familia, más aún cuando la gestión administrativa es considerado la clave para el éxito de una empresa mediante la ejecución de las tareas que permiten obtener los objetivos planteados, contribuir con la supervivencia y crecimiento de la entidad esto se puede lograr a través de los correctos procesos administrativos como la planificación organización dirección y control que busca la utilización de recursos adecuados para alcanzar las metas propuestas. | es_ES |
