| dc.description | Pulmonary tuberculosis is a curable and preventable infectious bacterial disease whose causative agent is the bacillus of koch mainly affecting the lungs. It is a serious public health problem worldwide due to its slow establishment and tendency to chronicity. In the present clinical case, scientifically apply the process of nursing care in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with a significant pathological and family history, For this purpose, a review of the clinical history and anamnesis is carried out, followed by an evaluation by Marjory Gordon’s functional patterns, in which she produced altered functional patterns, with which the relevant nurse diagnoses were carried out to produce goals, objectives and nursing interventions according to the patient’s needs. Follow-up was also carried out by the nursing staff and family doctor in which all the nursing interventions are carried out and a correct administration of medicines prescribed by the doctor with surveillance in the shots in the health center. The nursing care process is established as a systematic and organized method of providing comprehensive and progressive nursing care; focuses on the identification and treatment of responses to health needs by providing quality and warm care. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La tuberculosis pulmonar es una enfermedad bacteriana infecciosa curable y prevenible cuyo agente causal es el bacilo de koch afectando principalmente los pulmones. Es un grave problema de salud pública a nivel mundial por su lenta instauración y tendencia a la cronicidad. En el presente caso clínico, aplique de manera científica el proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente adulto mayor con tuberculosis pulmonar con antecedentes patológicos y familiares de importancia, para efecto se lleva a cabo la revisión de la historia clínica y la anamnesis seguida de una evaluación por patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon donde resulto patrones funcionales alterados con los cuales se procedió a realizar los pertinentes diagnósticos enfermeros para elaborar metas, objetivos e intervenciones de enfermería de acuerdo a las necesidades del paciente. También se llevó a cabo el seguimiento por parte del personal de enfermería y médico familiar en el cual se cumplen todas las intervenciones de enfermería y una correcta administración de medicamentos prescrito por el médico con vigilancia en las tomas en el centro de salud. Se establece al proceso de atención de enfermería como un método sistemático y organizado de administrar cuidados de enfermería integrales y progresivos; se centra en la identificación y tratamiento de las respuestas a las necesidades de salud brindando una atención con calidad y calidez. | es_ES |
