| dc.description | The present case study describes a 48-year-old patient with chronic renal failure. where as a nursing professional, to be able to learn more about this pathology that focuses on the affection of the kidneys which cannot filter the blood in a normal way causing waste to accumulate in your body causing changes in your health. At the time of performing the interventions through the altered functional patterns, I was able to find and realize about his abandonment to his treatment, the reason why he was in a delicate state of health, through the interventions that I chose and executed, I was able to achieve what I wanted and be able to help in the speedy recovery of my patient. The nursing care process is directed to a patient with chronic renal failure, where the nurse, after the assessment, and physical inspection, cephalocaudal, and functional patterns, will be suitable for a nursing diagnosis, where a plan of nursing care, activities and interventions, which will be worked together with medical staff and family members. This medium case study will learn more about chronic renal failure how the damage to the kidneys occurred and also be able to help their relatives through educational talks to be able to provide better moral and emotional support so that they do not abandon their treatment again and follow it as it has been indicated having, as well as a favorable result for your health. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se describe a un paciente de 48 años de edad con insuficiencia renal crónica. en donde como profesional de enfermería, poder conocer más sobre esta patología que se enfoca en la afección de los riñones los cuales no pueden filtrar de una manera normal la sangre ocasionando que se acumulen los desechos en su organismo causando cambios en su salud. Al momento de realizar las intervenciones mediante los patrones funcionales alterados pude encontrar y darme cuenta sobre su abandono a su tratamiento motivo por el cual él se encontraba en un delicado estado de salud mediante las intervenciones que elegí y ejecute pude conseguir lo deseado y poder ayudar en la pronta recuperación de mi paciente. El proceso de atención de enfermería, se encamina a un paciente con insuficiencia renal crónica, en donde el enfermero después de la valoración, e inspección física, cefalocaudal, y patrones funcionales, estará adecuado para un diagnostico enfermero, en donde se ejecutará un plan de cuidados, actividades e intervenciones de enfermería, que se trabajará en conjunto con el personal médico y los familiares. Este estudio de caso medio a conocer más a profundidad sobre la insuficiencia renal crónica como se produjo el daño a los riñones y así mismo poder ayudar a sus familiares mediante charlas educativas para poder brindar un mejor apoyo moral y emocional para que no vuelva abandonar su tratamiento y lo siga tal cual se le ha indicado teniendo, así como resultado favorable para su salud. | es_ES |
