dc.description | The theme was based on the dynamics of Calcium absorption, in short cycle crop plants. This technique allows us to determine which are the nutrient absorption stages in time and specific doses during the different phenological stages of short cycle crops. Said absorption may be limited by the genetic potential of the varieties, humidity, temperature, solar brightness, accompanied by an edaphic and foliar fertilization program that, if not properly added, will affect the productivity of the plantation. The objectives set were to recognize the processes of the functions of fertilizers in crops and to identify the benefits of the application of Calcium in short cycle crops. The conclusions raised determined that the nutrient absorption curves, in addition to contributing quantitatively to the strength of the recommendations of fertilization programs, allow us to know specifically the amount of Calcium in kg / ha, which is absorbed by short-cycle crops to produce high level of performance in a defined time; with the nutrient absorption dynamics, it responds to the maximum absorption times and real quantities that short-cycle crops need for their normal development and allows farmers to improve their economic income, avoiding the increase in production costs for not applying Calcium in adequate doses and times. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El tema estuvo basado en la dinámica de la absorción del Calcio, en plantas de cultivos de ciclo corto. Esta técnica nos permite determinar cuáles son las etapas de absorción de nutrientes en tiempo y dosis puntuales durante las diferentes etapas fenológicas de los cultivos de ciclo corto. Dicha absorción puede estar limitada por el potencial genético de las variedades, humedad, temperatura, brillo solar, acompañado de un programa de fertilización edáfica y foliar que si no se adicionan de manera adecuada repercuten en la productividad de la plantación. Los objetivos planteados fueron reconocer los procesos de las funciones de los fertilizantes en los cultivos e identificar los beneficios de la aplicación del Calcio en cultivos de ciclo corto. Las conclusiones planteadas determinaron que las curvas de absorción de nutrientes, además de contribuir en forma cuantitativa a la solidez de la recomendaciones de programas de fertilización, permiten conocer concretamente la cantidad de Calcio en kg/ha, que es absorbida por los cultivos de ciclo corto para producir alto nivel de rendimiento en un tiempo definido; con la dinámica de absorción de nutrientes, se da respuesta a las épocas máximas de absorciones y cantidades reales que necesitan los cultivos de ciclo corto para su normal desarrollo y permite a los agricultores a mejorar sus ingresos económicos, evitando el aumento de los costos de producción por no aplicar el Calcio en dosis y épocas adecuadas. | es_ES |
