dc.description	Environmental problems are a disease that afflicts the planet in general, although it is true every day that fact is taking stronger that is why with this study we obtained guidelines on how they originate and what were the most frequent problems, they are proposed strategies to encourage tourism development. Based on the results obtained with the surveys, it was obtained that the 20.68% that is the pollution is considered to be the most latent environmental problem, while the 20.16% consider that it is the waste or waste that is thrown to the ground, 15.97% consider that it is the extinction of species so the ecosystem is constantly disappearing due to the poor care given to the land, 14.14% refrained from commenting because they have no knowledge about environmental problems, the 9.69% have noticed that water scarcity is becoming more constant, 7.59% stipulated that overfishing is contributing to environmental deterioration, 6.81% determined that logging is increasingly visible and that Little by little, the planet's oxygen source is running out of trees and 4.97% responded that the existing environmental problem is the presentation of the climatic changes that are bringing destruction in its path. What has been observed with the preparation of this project is that although it is intended to carry out tourism development, there are times when people are not willing to collaborate since they are very insistent on dumping waste on the street. which gives a bad and image accompanied by an environmental deterioration. The Municipal GAD of Quevedo did not have tourism as a priority, but it had been considered as such, and because the River Route has qualities that can be treated to become a tourist attraction that it has. It has been proposed to develop awareness campaigns to reduce environmental problems in the city of Quevedo and seeks to identify the authorities predisposed to develop tourism proposals to encourage the population to participate in these innovative ideas.	es_ES

dc.description.abstract	Los problemas ambientales son un mal que aquejan al planeta en general, si bien es cierto cada día va tomando más fuerte aquel hecho es por esa razón que con este estudio se obtuvieron pautas de cómo se originan y cuáles eran los problemas más frecuentes, se proponen estrategias para incentivar al desarrollo turístico. En base a los resultados obtenidos con las encuestas se obtuvo que el 20,68% que es la contaminación se considera que el problema ambiental más latente, mientras que el 20,16% considera que son los residuos o desperdicios que se tiran al suelo, el 15,97% considera que es la extinción de especies por lo que el ecosistema constantemente se encuentra desapareciendo por el mal cuidado que se le da a la tierra, el 14.14% se abstuvo de comentar porque no tiene conocimientos sobre los problemas ambientales, el 9,69% se han percatado que cada vez es más constante la escasez del agua, el 7,59% estipuló que la sobrepesca está contribuyendo para deterioro ambiental, 6,81% determinó que la tala de árboles es cada vez más visible y que de a poco ya se está quedando sin arboles la fuente de oxigeno del planeta y el 4,97% respondió que el problema ambiental existente es la presentación de los cambios climáticos que se encuentra trayendo destrucción a su paso. Lo que se ha podido observar con la elaboración de este proyecto es que a pesar de que se tiene las intenciones de realizar el desarrollo turístico hay ocasiones en que las personas no tienen predisposición de colaborar ya que son muy insistentes en botar residuos en la calle lo que da una mala e imagen acompañado de un deterioro ambiental. El GAD Municipal de Quevedo no tenía como prioridad el turismo, pero si lo había considerado como tal, y pues la Ruta del Río posee cualidades que pueden llegar a ser tratadas para convertirse en un atractivo turístico que posee. Se ha propuesto el hecho de elaborar campañas de concienciación para disminuir los problemas ambientales de la ciudad de Quevedo y se busca identificar a las autoridades predispuestas a elaborar propuestas turísticas para incentivar a la población a realizar su participación de estas ideas innovadoras.	es_ES
