| dc.description | This project was carried out in order to publicize the use of nebulization as a treatment for bronchial asthma. This research seeks to validate its usefulness as a complement in the treatment of bronchial asthma, because there is an increase in cases of children diagnosed with this respiratory condition. Since asthma is a chronic disease that affects people especially children under 5 years of age, it worsens at night and they cannot understand it because of their young age and all they do is cry, what leads parents to enter a high degree of stress for not knowing what to do. It is considered important the application of this process to identify the factors that cause respiratory infections, so it seeks to meet health needs thus considering an early intervention of the nebulization in respiratory pathologies checking its efficiency. The purpose of this research project is to demonstrate the usefulness of the nebulization in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children under 5 years of age who attend the Los Vergeles sub-center of the Milagro canton. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto fue realizado con la finalidad de dar a conocer el uso de la nebulización como tratamiento del asma bronquial. Mediante esta investigación se busca validar su utilidad como complemento en el tratamiento del asma bronquial, debido que existe un aumento en los casos de niños diagnosticados con esta afección respiratoria. Ya que el asma es una enfermedad crónica que afecta a las personas en especial a los niños menores de 5 años la misma que se agrava por la noche y ellos por su corta edad no lo pueden entender y lo único que hacen es llorar, lo que lleva a los padres de familia a entrar en un alto grado de estrés por no saber qué hacer. Se considera importante la aplicación de este proceso para identificar los factores que provocan están infecciones respiratorias, por lo que se busca satisfacer necesidades en la salud considerando así una intervención precoz de la nebulización en patologías respiratorias comprobando su eficiencia. La finalidad de este proyecto investigativo es demostrar la utilidad que tiene la nebulización en el tratamiento del asma bronquial en los menores de 5 años que acuden al subcentro Los Vergeles del cantón Milagro. | es_ES |
