| dc.description | The current investigation emerges of the neccessity to study and describe the relationships among the respiratory theraphy procedure applied to patients who suffer pulmonary tuberculosis. The respiratory theraphy procedures are a group of techniques and the medical treatment, both support each other in order to reach improvement in the cardiorespiratory function in the human body. The pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by a microbacterious called Mycobacterium tuberculosis which affects individuals who are exposed in risky places. In the recent ten years, it has incremented the number of tuberculosis infected, especially in third world countries. The General Objective is to determine the incidence between the procedure of respiratory therapy in the recovery of tuberculosis patients in Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña Infectology hospital. Methodology, it was used the deductive and the modality was implemented the qualitative and the types of research were: basic, correlational descriptive and transversal to determine the sample of this study. It was not used formulas instead there were used the medical history of the patients. In addition, it was elaborated a proposal which consists in the Elaboration of a plan made up of inductive talks and preventive talks to the people who attend to the outpatient appointment of Pneumology in the Infectology hospital In the application of risk Factors and preventive measures that will support to reduce the proliferation of pulmonary tuberculosis. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo surge de la necesidad de estudiar y describir la relación existente entre los procedimientos de terapia respiratoria aplicados a los pacientes con Tuberculosis pulmonar. Los procedimientos en terapia respiratoria son un conjunto de técnicas que aunadas al tratamiento médico actúan de manera complementaria para conseguir mejoría en la función cardiorrespiratoria del organismo. La tuberculosis pulmonar es una enfermedad infecciosa causada por una micobacteria llamada Mycobacterium tuberculosis la cual afecta a individuos que se encuentran expuestos a factores de riesgo, a nivel mundial en los últimos años se han incrementado los casos nuevos de tuberculosis, especialmente en los países subdesarrollados. Objetivo general: Determinar la incidencia entre los procedimientos en terapia respiratoria en la recuperación de pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar del Hospital de Infectología “Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña”. Métodos utilizados: fue el deductivo, la modalidad que se implemento es la cuantitativa y los tipos de investigación utilizados fueron: tipo básico, descriptivo correlacional y transversal para determinar la muestra de este estudio no se utilizó ninguna fórmula debido que fue aplicada mediante las Historias clínicas de los pacientes. También se elaboró una propuesta que consiste en la Elaboración de un plan compuesto de charlas informativas y preventivas a las personas que acuden al área de consulta externa de neumología del hospital de infectología sobre la aplicación de factores de riesgos y medidas preventivas que ayudaran a inhibir la proliferación de la Tuberculosis pulmonar. | es_ES |
