dc.descriptionThe threat of preterm birth in adolescents has become a public health problem due to its high rate of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality, this research work aims to determine the age of adolescence that influences as a predisposing factor under threat of preterm delivery in adolescents treated at the Sacred Heart basic hospital of Jesús Quevedo January - June 2019, a quantitative modality study was conducted, the study instrument was a database with the study variables, the sample consisted of 94 adolescent patients with a threat of preterm delivery attended to in the aforementioned hospital, which were obtained by applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the results were obtained by tabulating the database in which it was reflected that 59% of Preterm birth threat occurs in middle adolescence, 61% comes from rural areas, 69% occurs between 32 - 36 weeks of gestation, 59% have insufficient controls, 85% are primitive, 89% do not work and 67% have secondary education. It was concluded that the psychological and social immaturity of the adolescent, the level of schooling, the origin, the number of controls and parity, are predisposing factors to develop a threat of preterm birth. This research shows that the stage in which more pregnancies in adolescence presented with threat of preterm birth was in middle adolescence.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa amenaza de parto pretermino en adolescentes se a convertido en un problema de salud pública debido a su alta taza de morbimortalidad materna y neonatal que existe, el presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo, Determinar la edad de la adolescencia que influye como factor predisponente en amenaza de parto pre término en adolescente atendidas en el hospital básico sagrado corazón de Jesús Quevedo Enero – Junio 2019, se realizó un estudio de modalidad cuantitativa, el instrumento de estudio fue una base de datos con las variables de estudio, la muestra consistió en 94 pacientes adolescentes con amenaza de parto pretermino atendidas en el hospital antes mencionado, que se obtuvieron mediante la aplicación del criterio de inclusión y exclusión, los resultados se obtuvieron mediante la tabulación de la base de datos en la cual se reflejó que el 59 % de amenaza de parto pretermino se producen en la adolescencia media, el 61 % proviene de la zona rural, el 69 % se da entre las 32 – 36 semanas de gestación, el 59 % tiene controles insuficientes, el 85 % son primigestas, el 89 % no trabaja y el 67 % tiene estudios secundarios. Se llegó a la conclusión que la inmadurez tanto psicológica como social del adolescente, el nivel de escolaridad, la procedencia, el número de controles y la paridad, son factores predisponentes para desarrollar una amenaza de parto pretermino. En esta investigación se comprueba que la etapa en la que más embarazos en la adolescencia se presentaron con amenaza de parto pretermino fue en la adolescencia media.es_ES
