dc.descriptionThe importance of accompaniment during labor to avoid obstetric violence is based on the support provided by the person of trust of the pregnant woman, thus the companion by observing the work of the health team will prevent any type of obstetric violence. It should be emphasized that, according to previous studies, the support provided by the companion is not only physical, but also emotional, informative and representative; Thus, during labor, pregnant women will experience less pain when feeling safe at all times. In this way we will know what is the importance of the accompaniment in humanized childbirth at the Nicolás Cotto Infante de Vinces Hospital. Objective: to determine the importance of accompaniment in humanized labor as prevention of obstetric violence. Under the thesis that patients suffer from obstetric violence at the Nicolás Coto Infante Hospital, a series of questions are raised that allow addressing the importance of accompaniment during labor. International studies are raised where it is an obligation to be accompanied in the delivery room otherwise complaints will be imposed for large sums of money. And within the national scope it is a right of the pregnant woman in this way, obstetric violence itself will be avoided and it is prevented that during any complication that exists in labor, it is not indicated as “medical negligence”. Methodology: applied, descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective, non-experimental study, a total of postpartum patients who are hospitalized in the maternity ward of the Nicolás Coto Infante Hospital have been selected, including a total of 73 postpartum women in the study. Results: Through a survey of a sample of 73 women hospitalized in the maternity area of the Nicolás Cotto Infante Hospital, to establish the causes that influence a group of women on the importance of accompaniment in humanized labor to prevent Obstetric violence, it can be deduced that the factor that has more incidence.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa importancia del acompañamiento durante el trabajo de parto para evitar la violencia obstétrica se basa en el apoyo brindado por la persona de confianza de la gestante, de este modo el acompañante mediante la observación del trabajo del equipo de salud evitará que se dé cualquier tipo de violencia obstétrica. Cave recalcar que según estudios realizados previamente el apoyo que brinda el acompañante no solamente es físico, sino también emocional, informativo y representativo; así durante la labor de parto las gestantes experimentarán menos dolor al sentirse seguras en todo momento. De esta manera sabremos cuál es la importancia del acompañamiento en el parto humanizado en el Hospital Nicolás Cotto Infante de Vinces. Objetivo: determinar la importancia del acompañamiento en el trabajo de parto humanizado como prevención de violencia obstétrica. Bajo la tesis de que las pacientes sufren violencia obstétrica en el Hospital Nicolás Coto Infante se plantean una serie de preguntas que permiten abordar la importancia del acompañamiento durante el trabajo de parto. Se plantean estudios internacionales donde es una obligación estar acompañada en la sala de parto de lo contrario se impondrá denuncias por cuantiosas sumas de dinero. Y dentro del ámbito nacional es un derecho de la gestante de este modo se evitara la violencia obstétrica en sí y se previene que durante cualquier complicación que exista en el trabajo de parto, no sea señalada como “negligencia médica”. Metodología: estudio de corte aplicado, descriptivo, transversal, retrospectivo, no experimental, se ha seleccionado una totalidad de puérperas que se encuentran hospitalizadas en la sala de maternidad del Hospital Nicolás Coto Infante, incluyéndose en el estudio un total de 73 puérperas. Resultados: A través de una encuesta realizada a una muestra de 73 mujeres hospitalizadas en el área de maternidad del Hospital Nicolás Cotto Infante, para establecer las causas que influyen en un grupo de mujeres sobre la importancia del acompañamiento en el trabajo de parto humanizado para prevenir la violencia obstétrica, se puede deducir que el factor que tiene más incidencia.es_ES
