| dc.description | The present analysis of this clinical case exposes about pulmonary tuberculosis, taking into account that in recent years it has become a very worrying topic in public health. This work seeks to demonstrate through the use of nursing care practices where there is detailed information of my 41-year-old patient with pulmonary tuberculosis who suffers progressive loss of weight and appetite that was progressing gradually over the months, more than an exaggerated weakness preventing him from performing physical and daily activities. Information was sought from the beginning of this pathology until the present time, obtaining the evolution of the disease in detail, a complete assessment of nursing was performed, interventions are projected to facilitate the care and improvement of the patient's quality of life, performed with a nursing theorizer to expand knowledge according to all your needs. In this way I managed to provide comprehensive individualized care and promote my patient the self-responsibility in the continuity of drug treatment, with a diet based on their needs. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente análisis de este caso clínico expone sobre la tuberculosis pulmonar, teniendo en cuenta que en los últimos años se ha convertido en un tema muy preocupante dentro de la salud pública. Este trabajo procura demostrar mediante el uso de las prácticas de atención de enfermería en donde se encuentra información detallada de mi paciente de 41 años de edad con tuberculosis pulmonar que sufre pérdida progresiva de peso y apetito que fue avanzando paulatinamente con el pasar de los meses, más de una debilidad exagerada impidiéndole realizar las actividades físicas y diarias. Se buscó información desde el comienzo de esta patología hasta el momento actual, obteniendo la evolución de la enfermedad de manera detallada, se realizó una valoración completa de enfermería, se proyectan intervenciones para facilitar el cuidado y mejora de la calidad de vida del paciente, se realizó con una teorizante de enfermería para expandir el conocimiento acorde a todas sus necesidades. De esta manera logre brindar atención integral individualizada y promover a mi paciente la autorresponsabilidad en la continuidad del tratamiento farmacológico, con una dieta basada a sus necesidades. | es_ES |
