Ignorance on these issues allows diabetic patients to move forward in terms of their disease and not realize the reality of the situation. The objective of the research is to determine the influence of nursing staff in adherence to nutritional treatment in patients of the Diabetic Club in the Specialties Hospital of the Armed Forces No. 1 Period of October 2019 - March 2020. The study based on the inductive-deductive, cross-sectional method, where a group of diabetic patients are studied on how their nutrition is and if they receive necessary information about the foods they should consume both in frequency and in portions required according to their nutritional status. The information obtained shows that the role of the nursing professional as a caregiver is important, since he is in greater contact with the patient and is responsible for the patient to follow his treatment properly. dc.description.abstractLa investigación resulta de la preocupación que existe en la demanda de pacientes con diabetes y la relevancia de que se apeguen a una dieta equilibrada. El desconocimiento sobre estos temas permite que los pacientes diabéticos avancen en cuanto a su enfermedad y no se den cuenta de la realidad de la situación. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia del personal de enfermería en la adherencia al tratamiento nutricional en los pacientes del Club de Diabéticos en el Hospital de Especialidades de las Fuerzas Armadas N°1 Periodo de Octubre 2019 – Marzo 2020. El estudio basado en el metodo inductivo-deductivo, transversal, donde se estudia a grupo de pacientes diabéticos sobre cómo es su nutrición y si reciben información necesaria sobre los alimentos que deben consumir tanto en frecuencia como en porciones requeridas de acuerdo a su estado nutricional. La información obtenida muestra que el papel que desempeña el profesional de enfermería como ente cuidador es importante, ya que este se encuentra en mayor contacto con el paciente y es el responsable de que el paciente siga su tratamiento de manera adecuada. Además de generar en el paciente a crear autonomía de su cuidado.es_ES
