| dc.description | Adolescence is a stage where many physical and intellectual changes occur, therefore, it is necessary to provide the necessary information that will serve them in the future, starting with an important issue such as sexual relations. Having a lack of knowledge about contraceptive methods, unwanted pregnancies occur at an age in which the adolescent is not prepared physically or mentally, one of the main problems are the risk factors that can occur at this stage that can make them susceptible to suffer from other pathologies, such as preeclampsia. The main objective of the research project is to determine the risk factors in pregnant adolescents and their influence on the development of preeclampsia, the research was carried out in the Los Perales sector of the Babahoyo Province of Los Ríos canton. If the synthetic method already has a better understanding of the subject to reach a single conclusion, being a qualitative quantitative investigation, the instruments that obtain a database for the survey applied to adolescents. It was possible to show that the risk factors do influence the development of preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents, among them we have a family history, obesity, age, primigesta, etc. age, without any prevention, being prone to unwanted pregnancies. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La adolescencia es una etapa donde ocurren muchos cambios tanto físicos como intelectual, por tanto, es necesario brindarles la información necesaria que les servirá a futuro, comenzando por un tema importante como son las relaciones sexuales. Al tener un desconocimiento sobre los métodos anticonceptivos, ocurren los embarazos no deseados a una edad en la cual la adolescente no está preparada ni física ni mentalmente, uno de los principales problemas son los factores de riesgo que pueden ocurrir en esta etapa que pueden hacer susceptible a padecer otras patologías, como es la preeclampsia. El objetivo principal del proyecto de investigación es determinar los factores de riesgo en adolescentes embarazadas y su influencia en el desarrollo de preeclampsia, la investigación se realizó en el sector Los Perales del cantón Babahoyo Provincia de Los Ríos. Se utilizó el método sintético ya que nos permitió una mejor comprensión del tema para así llegar a una sola conclusión, siendo una investigación cuali-cuantitativa, los instrumentos que permitió obtener una base de datos fue la encuesta aplicada a las adolescentes. Se pudo evidenciar que los factores de riesgo si influyen en el desarrollo de preeclampsia en las adolescentes embarazadas, entre ellos tenemos los antecedentes familiares, obesidad, la edad, primigesta, etc. Se puede concluir que los adolescentes empiezan a tener relaciones sexuales desde muy temprana edad, sin ningún tipo de prevención, siendo propensas a embarazos no deseados. | es_ES |
