dc.descriptionHumanized childbirth allows women to have the possibility of enjoying a decent birth, where their rights are respected; therefore nursing actions play a fundamental role. The objective of the research was to evaluate the fulfillment of nursing actions in the promotion of humanized childbirth, because it has been proven that the level of knowledge about natural birth is not adequate. The study was carried out in 55 pregnant women who attended the Vinchoa Health Center of the Guaranda canton. The methodology applied corresponds to a qualitative-quantitative approach, because information obtained through indicators was processed; the type of investigation was field, descriptive and transversal, and the inductive and descriptive method was used, with the interview and observation techniques, applied through the instruments, the Questionnaire and Observation Guide; which allowed data collection. The results show that the actions of are not being fully implemented, educational talks and information about procedures of humanized delivery are not provided; only 5.5% have received some type of information; and only 3.6% have been oriented; the level of knowledge in the patients is low, represented 38.2%, 40% of the women had a normal delivery and 20% ceased; In addition, nursing professionals almost always comply with the care protocol. It is concluded that the main nursing actions for the promotion of humanized childbirth if they are executed, but not continuously, the level of satisfaction of the mothers regarding the care received is good.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl parto humanizado permite a las mujeres tener la posibilidad de gozar de un alumbramiento digno, en donde sus derechos sean respetados, por lo tanto de las acciones de enfermería juega un papel fundamental. El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar el cumplimiento de las acciones de enfermería en el fomento del parto humanizado, debido a que se ha comprobado que el nivel de conocimiento sobre el alumbramiento natural no es el adecuado. El estudio se realizó en 55 gestantes que asistieron al Centro de Salud Vinchoa del cantón Guaranda. La metodología aplicada corresponde a un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, debido a que se procesó información obtenida mediante indicadores; el tipo investigación fue de campo, descriptiva y transversal, y se utilizó los método inductivo y descriptivo, con las técnicas de la entrevista y la observación, aplicadas a través de los instrumentos, el Cuestionario y Guía de observación; que permitió la recolección de datos. Los resultados evidencian que las acciones de no están siendo totalmente implementadas, no se brindan charlas educativas e información sobre procedimientos del parto humanizado; solo el 5,5 % ha recibido algún tipo de información; y apenas el 3,6% han sido orientadas; el nivel de conocimiento en las pacientes es bajo, representado un 38,2%, 40% de las mujeres tuvo un parto normal y 20% cesaría; además, los profesionales de enfermería casi siempre cumplen con el protocolo de atención. Se concluye que las principales acciones de enfermería para el fomento del parto humanizado si son ejecutadas, pero no de manera continua, el nivel de satisfacción de las madres en cuanto a la atención recibida es bueno.es_ES
