dc.descriptionIntroduction. Alcoholism and drug addiction is a problem of public health that is growing every day among adolescents in our country and the world. This is an issue that has serious consequences for the physical, psychological and social health of this population group. General Objective. Determine the factors that predispose alcoholism and drug addiction to adolescents in the Teresa campus, Babahoyo canton, province of Los Ríos, period October 2019-March 2020. Methodology. Research with qualitative-quantitative modality, field, deductive method, for the purpose was applied and not experimental according to the cross-sectional dimension. Information gathering techniques were used as unstructured, direct scientific observation and survey; A survey was conducted, and used a questionnaire as an instrument. A sample of 100 adolescents was studied, the sampling was non-probabilistic intentionally complying fully with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results. (93%) of teenagers consume alcohol, (57%) of them have used drugs at some stage of their lives, (73% 9 had not received drug counseling, (27%) for forgetting problems, (57%) said they had used marijuana (weed), (45%) said they had received psychological abuse, (55%) said they had received social discrimination, (38%) said they had presented depression disorder, plus ( 35%) said they had anxiety disorders, (70%) say they have sometimes (once a week) open and honest communication with their parents. Conclusions. It has been detected that the risk factors regarding the consumption of alcohol and drugs in the La Teresa enclosure to adolescents as a risk group, the fact of being part of absent families, suffering from disorders such as depression and anxiety, belonging to families where there is psychological abuse, social discrimination, psychological abuse and domestic violence.es_ES

dc.description.abstractIntroducción. El alcoholismo y la drogadicción es una problemática de la salud pública que va creciendo cada día entre los adolescentes de nuestro país y el mundo. Este en un tema que tiene graves consecuencias en la salud física, psicológica y social de este grupo de la población. Objetivo general. Determinar los factores que predisponen al alcoholismo y drogadicción a los adolescentes del recinto la teresa, cantón Babahoyo, provincia de los Ríos, periodo octubre 2019-marzo 2020. Metodología. Investigación con modalidad cuali-cuantitativo, de campo, método deductivo, por el propósito fue aplicada y no experimental según la dimensión, transversal. Se emplearon técnicas de recolección de la información como observación científica no estructurada, directa y encuesta; se realizó una encuesta, y utilizó un cuestionario como instrumento. Se estudió una muestra de 100 adolescentes, el muestreo fue no probabilístico intencional cumpliendo a cabalidad criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Resultados. El (93%) de los adolescentes consumen alcohol, el (57%) de ellos han usado drogas en alguna etapa de sus vidas, el (73%9 no había recibido orientación sobre drogas, el (27%) por olvidar los problemas, el (57%) dice haber consumido marihuana (hierba), el (45%) dice haber recibido maltrato Psicológico, el (55%) dicen haber recibido discriminación social, el (38%) dicen haber presentado trastorno de depresión, el (70%) dicen tener a veces una comunicación abierta y honesta con sus padres. Conclusiones. Se han detectado que los factores de riesgo en cuanto el consumo de alcohol y drogas en el recinto La Teresa a los adolescentes como grupo de riesgo, el hecho de ser parte de familias ausentes, el padecer trastornos como la depresión y la ansiedad, pertenecer a familias donde existe maltrato psicológico, la discriminación social, maltrato psicológico y violencia intrafamiliar.es_ES
