This business will be dedicated to the sale of coffee-related beverages, such as Capuccino, Mocaccino, latte, espresso, and prepared with coffee liquor, to this offer we add cocktails, natural juices, beers and colas, so that customers have more variety when choosing. The drinks can be accompanied with snacks such as hamburgers, submarines, hot dogs, bbq wings, and desserts, all with a special touch of the house. Adding a quality service from experienced staff and a musical touch according to the moment. Ideal to visit with a partner, family or friends. In each chapter the action plan that will be carried out for the development of this business idea is explained. Chapter I discloses the business idea to be implemented, theoretically supporting all the concepts, starting from the background. The method used in the market study carried out to analyze the feasibility of implementing the Café Bar is explained. In Chapter II you will find the organizational design of the enterprise, description, and managerial foundation, functional and organizational structure. In Chapter III, the business model is validated using the CANVAS methodology, describing and analyzing each point to determine the degree of feasibility of the venture. In chapter IV the feasibility studies of the undertaking are developed. As number one is technical feasibility, in which the resources and elements that will intervene in the business will be established. Then there is the financial feasibility, here the working capital, investment budget, amortizations, remunerations, cash flow, internal rate of return, and net present value will be disclosed. Through operational feasibility, the strategic processes and procedures that will be used to provide the product service will be established. And like any new business or venture in the market, you want to know how it will influence the environmental and social aspects, in this chapter, the feasibility studies of these will be found. dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación es dar a conocer el todo el proyecto y el modelo de negocio que se ejecutara para la implementación del café bar “Novato” en el cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo. Este negocio se dedicara a la venta de bebidas relacionadas al café, tales como Capuccino, Mocaccino, café latte, expreso, y preparados con licor de café, a esta oferta le agregamos cocteles, jugos naturales, cervezas y colas, para que el clientes tenga más variedad al momento de elegir. Las bebidas podrán ser acompañadas con piqueos tales como hamburguesas, submarinos, hot dogs, alitas bbq, postres, todo con un toque especial de la casa. Agregándole un servicio de calidad de personal con experiencia y un toque musical acorde al momento. Ideal para visitar con pareja, familia o amigos. En cada capítulo se explica el plan de acción que se llevara a cabo para el desarrollo de esta idea de negocio. En el capítulo I se da a conocer la idea de negocio que se desea implementar, fundamentando teóricamente todos los conceptos, partiendo desde los antecedentes. Se explica el método que se utilizó en el estudio de mercado realizado para analizar la factibilidad de implementación del Café Bar. En el capítulo II se encontrara el diseño organizacional del emprendimiento, descripción, fundamentación gerencial, estructura funcional y organizacional. En el capítulo III, se valida el modelo de negocio mediante la metodología CANVAS, describiendo y analizando cada punto para conocer el grado de factibilidad del emprendimiento. En el capítulo IV están desarrollados los estudios de factibilidad del emprendimiento. Como número uno se encuentra la factibilidad técnica, en el cual se establecerán los recursos y elementos que intervendrán en el negocio. Luego está la factibilidad financiera, aquí se dará a conocer el capital de trabajo, presupuesto de inversión, amortizaciones, remuneraciones, flujo de caja, tasa interna de retorno, y valor actual neto. Mediante la factibilidad operativa se establecerán los procesos y procedimientos estratégicos que se emplearan para brindar el servicio del producto. Y como todo negocio o emprendimiento nuevo en el mercado, se desea conocer cómo influirá en el aspecto ambiental y social, se encontraran en este capítulo, los estudios de factibilidad de estos. Como último punto se encontrara las recomendaciones del caso que se darán luego del estudio realizado y la conclusión de este.es_ES
