dc.descriptionThis research work was carried out in the commercial Joselito located in the Baba canton, focusing on the part of administrative management and its influence on the commercial's profitability, which seeks to establish and analyze the variables that affect performance and make it impossible achieve the objectives and goals proposed by the senior management of the commercial. In Chapter I the research problem was established, the contextualization of the study topic was also implemented, the research problem was defined and the objectives of the research topic were set. Chapter II established what is related to the theoretical framework, hypotheses and variables of the study, where an alternative is explained as to why the good use of operational efforts that maximize commercial profitability is important. Chapter III establishes the research results of a random sample of 30 employees, in addition, an interview with the general manager of the commercial was implemented, with the results of the research obtaining very valuable results and conclusions for the research project, and recommendations in which the personnel managers must re-manage the sales and marketing strategies of the commercial. In Chapter IV the proposal of solutions to the research problem is made, which implemented a plan to improve the profitability of the commercial Joselito based on administrative management.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se lo realizo en el comercial Joselito ubicado en el cantón Baba, enfocándose en la parte de la gestión administrativa y su influencia en la rentabilidad del comercial, el cual busca establecer y analizar las variables que afectan el rendimiento y que imposibilita alcanzar los objetivos y metas propuestas por la alta directiva del comercial. En el capítulo I se estableció la problemática de la investigación, también se implementó la contextualización del tema de estudio, se definió el problema de investigación y se plantearon los objetivos del tema de investigación. En el capítulo II se estableció lo relativo al marco teórico, hipótesis y variables del estudio donde se trata de explicar una alternativa del porqué es importante la buena utilización de las gestiones operativas que maximicen la rentabilidad del comercial. En el capítulo III se establecen los resultados de investigación de una muestra aleatoria de 30 empleados, además se implementó una entrevista al gerente general del comercial, con los resultados de la investigación se obtuvo resultados y conclusiones muy valiosas para el proyecto de investigación, y recomendaciones en las cuales los directivos del personal deben volver a gestionar las estrategias de marketing y ventas del comercial. En el capítulo IV se realiza la propuesta de soluciones al problema de investigación el cual se implementó un plan de mejoramiento de la rentabilidad del comercial Joselito basados en la gestión administrativa.es_ES
