| dc.description | The company Agrícola Briones Barragan AGRIBBA SA, is a family business, founded on July 4, 2002 and registered as a company on August 25, 2016 in the Superintendency of Companies, dedicated to the wholesale marketing of chemical and related products whose objective is to expand in the agricultural market offering quality products in order to become the best option in the agricultural market. The present case study was carried out with the aim of investigating how commercial relations with suppliers are carried out and possible shortcomings in the control of purchasing processes for the supply of products, as well as the distribution it uses in its inventories in order to have a good management of their provisions, the existence of a control manual was also covered, and if this works in an ideal way for the fulfillment of the commitments that suppliers have with the entities. | dc.description.abstract | La empresa Agrícola Briones Barragan AGRIBBA S.A, es un negocio familiar, fundado 4 de julio del 2002 y registrado como una sociedad el 25 de agosto del 2016 en la Superintendencia de Compañías, dedicada a la comercialización al por mayor de productos químicos y afines cuyo objetivo es expandirse en el mercado agrícola ofreciendo productos de calidad con la finalidad de convertirse en la mejor opción del mercado agrícola. El presente caso de estudio se lo realizo con el objetivo de investigar de qué forma efectúan las relaciones comerciales con los proveedores y las posibles falencias en el control de los procesos de compra para el abastecimiento de productos, así mismo como la distribución que utiliza en sus inventarios con el propósito de tener una buena gestión de sus provisiones, también se abarcó la existencia de un manual de control, y si este funciona de manera ideal para el cumplimiento de los compromisos que los proveedores tiene con las entidad.
