| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue realizada en la empresa Comercial Meggy del Cantón Vinces, para saber cuáles son las dificultades que muestra la empresa debido a la falta de control contable, donde se identificó la problemática en los procesos contables que lleva la empresa, por lo que estos no son ejecutados de acuerdo a los manuales de procedimientos contables que tiene la entidad. De acuerdo al análisis realizado a la empresa se pudo observar que no lleva una contabilidad apropiada, al momento de evaluar cada uno de los procesos, se encontró carencias, las cuales afectan negativamente a la entidad. El comercial tiene la obligación de llevar contabilidad, pero solo cumple con sus obligaciones tributarias, sin llevar un registro de sus transacciones y sin emitir estados financieros, por lo tanto, el área contable no cuenta con este tipo de instrumento para la toma de decisiones y al mismo momento no puede saber si tiene la suficiente liquidez para afrontar sus deudas a corto plazo o si se está financiando solo con deudas de terceros.
