| dc.description | The Junquillo Community Bank is an institution, made up of a group of people from the locality, the capital comes from the contributions and savings of the members with the purpose of earning economic benefits (profits) for its members, it grants credits, for a determined term , to the inhabitants of the enclosure and neighboring places under the statute of the bank approved by the assembly. This case study is based on the incidence that the Management of Recovery of Overdue Portfolio has on agricultural and consumer loans that have not been paid in full within the specified terms, or that, having been restructured or renewed, continue to default, generating a past due portfolio. This work is framed in the research line Financial Management and Social Commitment which is assimilated to the problem that is located in the coffee plantation cooperative, verifying what is stipulated in the lines of investigation of the accounting school, audit and finance. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Banco Comunitario Junquillo es una institución, conformado por un grupo de personas de la localidad, el capital proviene de las aportaciones y ahorros de los socios con el propósito de ganar beneficios económicos (utilidades) para sus socios, otorga créditos, a un plazo determinado, a los moradores del recinto y lugares aledaños bajo el estatuto del banco aprobado por la asamblea. Este caso de estudio radica en la incidencia que tiene la Gestión de Recuperación de Cartera Vencida en los créditos agrícolas y de consumo que no han sido cancelados en su totalidad en los plazos determinados, o que habiéndose reestructurado o renovado continúan impagos generando una cartera vencida. El presente trabajo se encuentra enmarcado en la sub línea de investigación Gestión Financiera y Compromiso Social la cual se asimila a la problemática que se encuentra situada en la cooperativa el cafetal, verificando lo que se estipula en las líneas de investigación de la escuela de contaduría, auditoria y finanzas. | es_ES |
