| dc.description | The “Hermanos Chimbo” hardware store in the Puebloviejo canton is a company dedicated to the sale of hardware materials to the inhabitants of the town and neighboring sectors; The problem presented by the organization lies in the empirical administration, because they do not have a human talent trained in the development of administrative and accounting activities, the main cause of which is that there are weaknesses in inventory and existence management. The control of material assets of the organization is carried out manually, without establishing the necessary tools for the proper registration of the entry and exit of assets, a situation that has caused the decision-making process to be inadequate, due to that ineffective inventory control affects the financial management of the institution. The case study is structured by means of descriptive and documentary research, inductive method, survey, direct observation and as research instruments the questionnaire and registration form, where the results are that the organization does not use the use of a Weighted average method for inventory control, where inadequate inventory management responds to the organization's human talent job profile. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La ferretería “Hermanos Chimbo” del cantón Puebloviejo es una empresa dedicada a las ventas de materiales ferreteros a los habitantes de la localidad y de sectores aledaños; el problema que presenta la organización, radica en la administración empírica, debido a que no poseen un talento humano capacitado en el desarrollo de actividades administrativas y contables, causa principal que influye que haya debilidades en la gestión del inventario y existencia. El control de bienes materiales de la organización se realiza de forma manual, sin el establecimiento de herramientas necesarias para el registro adecuado de la entrada y salida de bienes, situación que ha causado que el proceso de toma de decisiones no sea el adecuado, debido a que un control poco efectivo del inventario afecta la gestión financiera de la institución. El caso de estudio se encuentra estructurado por medio de investigaciones descriptiva y documental, método inductivo, encuesta, observación directa y como instrumentos de investigación el cuestionario de preguntas y ficha de registro, donde se obtiene como resultados que la organización no emplea la utilización de un método promedio ponderado para el control del inventario, donde la gestión de inventario inadecuada, responde al perfil laboral del talento humano de la organización. | es_ES |
