dc.descriptionThe case study was carried out in the Commercial Angelito company, presenting the proper documentation that allows us to carry out the investigation of the selected item which is the inventory, with the subject of inventory control of the Commercial Angelito company. After presenting all the requirements to begin the investigation, a structured work was directed to reach the problems, this process was carried out through research techniques, such as the interview itself that was conducted to the areas that were intertwined with the Company stocks, the commercial activity is the sale of essential products and household goods, with the interview it was possible to show shortcomings in short-lived products, so it was necessary to treat the stocks according to their nature and duration. Data was obtained from the administration area that told us how to keep the inventory register from the order shipment to the entrance to the warehouse, where the process of receiving and entering the products was not correct, when we went To the warehouse area, the warehouse keeper does not keep a proper record of the stock of any kardex or notebook where the entries and exits of merchandise from the warehouse are recorded, so it was understood that the proper assignment of function to the winemaker is not being given This causes carelessness and loss of products due to the lack of continuous registration and review since there are also no complete product inventories for comparison of physical and accounting system stocks.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso se lo realizo en la empresa Comercial Angelito, presentando la debida documentación que nos permite poder realizar la investigación del rubro seleccionado el cual es el inventario, con el tema control de inventario de la empresa Comercial Angelito. Luego de presentar todos los requisitos para empezar la investigación, se direcciono un trabajo estructurado para poder llegar a los problemas, dicho proceso fue realizado mediante técnicas de investigación, como es la entrevista la misma que se le realizo a las áreas que estaban entrelazadas con las existencias de la empresa, la actividad comercial es la venta de productos de primera necesidad y enseres del hogar, con la entrevista se pudo evidenciar falencias en los productos de corta duración por eso fue necesario darle tratamiento a las existencias según su naturaleza y duración. Se obtuvo datos por parte del área de administración que nos comunicó la manera de llevar el registro de existencias desde el envió de pedido hasta el ingreso a la bodega, en donde no estuvo correcto el proceso de recepción e ingreso de los productos, cuando nos dirigimos al área de bodega el guarda almacén no lleva un registro propio de las existencias ningún kardex o cuaderno donde se anote las entradas y salidas de mercadería de la bodega, por eso se dio a entender que no se está dando la debida asignación de función al bodeguero esto causa descuadres y perdidas de productos por la falta de un registro y revisión continuo ya que también no se da inventarios completos de productos para comparación de existencias en físico y en el sistema contable.es_ES
