This type of commercial house applies strategies such as ease of payment that can be beneficial in attracting customers. and increase sales for the store, however, this advantage brings with it the risk that the store must assume if the client does not cancel definitively or is behind on his payments and therefore it is difficult to recover the credit portfolio. Carrying out an adequate analysis of the client's conditions to grant the credit is one of the primary ways to minimize risk, but such management is not only the factors that depend on having a healthy collection management, but also those of the client. The Yamaha store presented late payments in its credit portfolio, which caused an increase in the delinquency of the portfolio and therefore the turnover of the portfolio is not correct for the store, this annual collection being a low percentage, it is say a slow recovery of accounts receivable.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se realizó en el almacén Yamaha de la ciudad de Babahoyo en la cual se analizó la cartera de crédito vencida del periodo 2017 y 2018, este tipo de casa comercial aplica estrategias como la de facilidad de pago que puede ser beneficioso para atraer cliente e incrementar ventar para el almacén, sin embargo esta ventaja trae consigo el riesgo que debe asumir el almacén que el cliente no cancele definitivamente o se atrase en sus pagos y por ende resulte difícil la recuperación de la cartera de crédito. Efectuar un adecuado análisis de las condiciones del cliente para otorgar el crédito es una de las formas primordial para minimizar el riesgo, pero dicha gestión no es únicamente los factores que depende para tener una gestión de cobranzas saludable, sino también las del cliente. El almacén Yamaha presentó en su cartera de crédito impuntualidad de los pagos el cual provocó el incremento de la morosidad de la cartera y por ende que la rotación de la cartera no sea la correcta para el almacén, siendo esta recaudación anual un porcentaje bajo, es decir una lenta recuperación de las cuentas por cobrar.es_ES
