The purpose of the following case study is to publicize the procedures used at the time of fundraising, the guidelines established for portfolio recovery. The public company has the same financial autonomy that is not displayed, the respective expenses are being partially covered, due to the collection of insufficient money, money that is distributed in the budget items. | dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Pública Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Ventanas EP-MAPAVEN ubicada en las calles Avenida seminario y 28 de mayo, es una institución pública cuyo objetivo radica en la recaudación de fondos a través de los servicios proporcionados como son agua potable y alcantarillado, fue creada el 2005 mediante ordenanza municipal. La finalidad del siguiente caso de estudio es dar a conocer los procedimientos que se utilizan al momento de la recaudación de fondos, los lineamientos establecidos para la recuperación de cartera. La empresa pública dispone de autonomía financiera misma que no se visualiza, los respectivos gastos están siendo cubiertos de manera parcial, debido a la recaudación de dinero insuficiente, dinero que se encuentra distribuido en las partidas presupuestarias. El caso está enfocado en la sublínea de investigación Gestión Financiera y Compromiso Social, debido que se observa la administración y cumplimiento con los procesos, fue a través de la entrevista. | es_ES |
