dc.descriptionWith the intention of obtaining favorable results, this case study was carried out, which as a general objective is to determine how self-esteem influences the academic performance of a 13-year-old girl, the non-assessment itself was observed within the clinical observation same, negative thoughts towards his person, another of the techniques applied is the Rosemberg Self-Esteem Scale test, for which it has been designed to measure the levels of self-esteem whose results of low self-esteem and the Beck depression scale test which evaluates depression levels, obtaining a moderate depression episode assessment. The analysis performed to the P.I. Through the interviews applied and its indications of low self-esteem, symptoms, according to the manual of the classification of mental disorders of the ICD-10, it was concluded that the patient is in an episode of moderate depression. In which it was programmed as a proposal to execute a therapeutic plan through cognitive behavioral therapy, followed by rational emotional therapy, each one must fulfill at least 6 sessions with their respective techniques so that the patient achieves a better quality of life.es_ES

dc.description.abstractCon la intención de obtener resultados favorables se realizó este estudio de caso, que como objetivo general, es determinar de qué manera la autoestima influye en el rendimiento académico de una niña de 13 años, se observó dentro de la observación clínica la no valoración en sí misma, pensamientos negativos hacia su persona, otra de las técnicas aplicadas es el test de la Escala de Autoestima Rosemberg, por la que ha sido diseñada para medir los niveles de autoestima cuyos resultados de baja autoestima y el test de la escala de depresión de Beck que evalúa los niveles de depresión, obteniendo una valoración de episodio depresión moderado. El análisis realizado a la P.I. mediante las entrevistas aplicadas y sus indicios de baja autoestima, sintomatologías, de acuerdo al manual de la clasificación de los trastornos mentales del CIE-10 se concluyó, que la paciente se encuentra en un episodio de depresión moderada. En que se programó como propuesta ejecutar un plan terapéutico por medio de la terapia cognitivo conductual, seguido de la terapia racional emotivo, cada una deberá cumplir con al menos 6 sesiones con sus respectivas técnicas para que así el paciente logre una mejor calidad de vida.es_ES
